PAULA HIAN WOOL LOOPED JACKET

Black wool looped jacket by Pennsylvania local designer: Paula Hian. Can be worn as a dress, or a jacket. Super thick fabric, but lined with polyester satin allowing for easy movement. Black leather lining in zipper pleat.
