1960's "Seattle Worlds Fair" cutoff sweatshirt. Was originally a long sleeve crewneck, but the sleeves had a lot of wear in the fabric causing it to rip easily. Decided it would be better off as a short sleeve. Amazing graphic and somewhat cropped fit. Labeled a "16", assuming youth sizing.
