Highly decorated costume dress from the 60's. In very as-is condition. Ribboning attached to straps is no longer connected. Sequins missing. Threads loose. Still in wearable condition. Mesh overlay fabric as the main part of the dress. Sequined appliques throughout and a tulle ruffle bottom. Perfect for a Halloween costume.
