Absolutely incredible vinyl skirt. Wrap skirt with two visible silver buckles for closure. Also buttons on the inside. Clear vinyl with red lining inside and red stitching throughout. Made in the USA, likely from the 1960’s. Very cool piece that can be styled in various ways.
